Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Handle all job postings and source resumes for interviews
- Interview shortlisted applicants and hire the right talent.
- Fill all current and future vacancies in the company within schedule, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.

Requirements:

- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Vast experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong decision-making skills.
